Our Haeram’s Lab began at the Haeram Mental Health Clinic Near Hongik University in the Seoul, South korea.
In the early days, we didn’t have many patients, so I could spend ample time with each person, thoroughly explaining how to manage issues like depression and anxiety after diagnosis.
However, as more patients started visiting, it became increasingly challenging to provide detailed explanations to everyone, despite making every effort to dedicate as much time as possible. This led us to start a blog on Naver.
The Haeram’s Lab consists of psychiatrists in Korea.
Initially, I started providing information on my own,He but I soon realized that it was difficult to cover everything alone. The scope of the topics I wanted to share was vast. This realization inspired me to expand the blog to cover not only mental health and psychology but also general physical health information, aiming to offer well-rounded guidance.
